I Practice So I'm Fortified & Clear

I do not do any practice with the hope to make my feelings go away. I do not practice in hopes of never being angry, resentful or sad. I do not practice so I don’t get hurt in the heart. I practice because I am all these things and none of these things. I practice so I am fortified and cleared. Sometimes I shape shift to state shift as teacher Darren Rhodes likes to say. But I also practice simply to, as he also says, to calibrate to capacity. And my capacity is to be present with a lot of different things and a lot of different feelings. Sometimes simultaneously.
